1. Controller
Papp Domonkos, sole proprietor
Registered office: 1044 Budapest, Nagyváradi utca 29., Hungary
Registration number: 54447132 · Hungarian tax number: 55725947-1-41

Send privacy requests to info@domonkospapp.hu. “I” and “controller” refer to the provider above.
2. Enquiries and proposals
I use your name, email, message and supplied project details to respond, discuss requirements and prepare a proposal. The basis is steps at your request before a contract or performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For business representatives, efficient business communication is a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)), to which you may object.
If no contract follows, closed enquiries and correspondence are kept for up to one year after the last substantive contact, based on the legitimate interest in following up and handling repeated enquiries. This is not a statutory minimum for every email; unnecessary information may be deleted sooner. Do not include passwords, health information or confidential third-party information in general enquiries.
3. Approval-based appointment requests
The Google Apps Script form collects name, email, a short topic, meeting format, language and chosen slots. Request identifiers, status and timestamps support availability management, personal approval, notifications and subsequent calendar invitations. The basis is Article 6(1)(b); proportionate abuse prevention relies on Article 6(1)(f).
The application checks my primary Google Calendar. Visitors see available slots, not details of other events. I personally approve every slot; submitting a request creates no event. Approval links are kept confidential. Google also processes technical data needed for Google Meet. Consultations are not recorded by default.
Technical request records older than 30 days are deleted when the system next lists slots or receives a request. Email notifications and calendar events are separate: unsuccessful or cancelled discussions without a contract are retained for up to one year; contract evidence follows the periods below. A pending slot is held for at most 48 hours or until four hours before its start; that hold period is not the deletion period.
4. Contracts, tax records and complaints
- Contracts: necessary identity, contact, scope, fee and performance information is used for performance under Article 6(1)(b), then legitimate legal claims under Article 6(1)(f). General retention is five years from closure, subject to suspension/interruption of limitation or an ongoing dispute.
- Billing and tax: legally required information is retained under Article 6(1)(c) until the applicable tax assessment limitation expires. For this sole proprietor, the general rule is five years after the calendar year when the relevant return/payment was due, subject to statutory extensions. A separate longer mandatory period applies where required for a particular document. This site does not collect card details or process online payment.
- Consumer complaints: the complaint, contact details and substantive response are retained for three years to comply with consumer protection law, Article 6(1)(c).
5. Analytics and marketing
Google Analytics 4 loads only after “Analytics” permission; Meta Pixel only after “Marketing” permission. Both are off until chosen. Consent under Article 6(1)(a) can be changed or withdrawn using “Cookie settings” in the footer, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Analytics may measure page views, language, browser/device characteristics, approximate location and limited interactions such as opening the appointment panel or clicking an email link. Names, email addresses, message text and requested times are not sent as measurement events. Opening the booking panel is not counted as a completed booking. Meta may associate marketing page views and browser/technical identifiers with its own account data for advertising profiling. This site makes no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects; I decide appointments personally.
Your choice and its timestamp are stored in your browser for up to 180 days. See the cookie notice for storage and provider details. This site currently has no newsletter subscription or newsletter delivery.
6. Operation and recipients
Sybell Informatika Kft. provides hosting and the info@domonkospapp.hu mailbox (1138 Budapest, Tomori utca 34. 2. emelet, Hungary; privacy notice). IP addresses, request time/path and technical error logs may be processed for the legitimate interest in security and troubleshooting. They are not advertising data; retention is limited by necessity and the host’s logging/backup cycles.
Appointment requests, related notifications, Calendar and Meet run on Google services, managed through doma.coach@gmail.com. The EEA provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google processes information under the applicable service contract and may act independently for its own security/account purposes. Google privacy policy. GA4 is also a Google service.
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland, provides Meta Pixel. Collection and transmission of Pixel data are subject to the joint-controller arrangements in Meta’s applicable terms; Meta is responsible for its subsequent independent processing. Meta privacy policy · Controller addendum.
Google Search Console and Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools help manage the public website’s search presence. Their verification meta tags alone do not execute visitor tracking. Authorities, courts or legal advisers may receive necessary information where lawful. I do not sell enquiry databases.
7. International transfers and security
Google and Meta may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Depending on the recipient and transfer, safeguards can include an applicable adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified participants, or standard contractual clauses and necessary supplementary safeguards. Provider notices and the contact address above offer further information about the applicable safeguards and copies.
Access is limited to what is needed, HTTPS is used and the request store is not public. At the end of retention, data is deleted or de-identified. Backup copies may remain until the normal overwrite cycle, without active use. An ongoing dispute justifies retaining only the necessary relevant records.
8. Your rights
You may request information, access, correction and, where applicable, deletion, restriction or portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation and to direct marketing at any time. Consent may be withdrawn. Without essential contact details an appointment request cannot be handled; declining optional measurement has no adverse effect.
I normally respond within one month. A complex request may require up to two additional months, with reasons given within the first month. Identity checks are limited to what is necessary. You may complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; postal address 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; official complaint procedures, or your competent supervisory authority, and seek judicial remedies.
9. Updates
This notice is updated before introducing a new purpose or service; fresh consent is obtained where needed. Relevant laws include the GDPR and Hungarian information privacy, electronic commerce, consumer protection and tax rules.
