Effective from 9 October 2026. This site supports enquiries and appointment requests requiring personal approval. It does not take online payments or automatically create paid orders.
1. Provider and scope
Papp Domonkos, sole proprietor
Registered office: 1044 Budapest, Nagyváradi utca 29., Hungary
Registration number: 54447132 · Hungarian tax number: 55725947-1-41
info@domonkospapp.hu · +36 30 334 1099
These terms govern use of domonkospapp.hu and the general framework of digital services initiated here. Individuals and businesses may request proposals. Each project is defined in a separate agreement, which cannot override mandatory consumer rights.
2. Services and fees
Services include website and front-end implementation, AI-assisted web and visual production, social media content and brand identity. Portfolio features are examples of my own work, not features automatically included in every project.
The initial consultation to discuss requirements and obtain a quotation is free. Teaching, problem analysis and individual solution consultations are paid services, priced through a tailored proposal and separate agreement. Before any paid work begins, the total price (including applicable taxes for consumers), external costs, payment method and due date are agreed. An appointment request itself creates no payment obligation.
3. Proposals and agreements
Contact me by email or the appointment form. A proposal defines scope, deliverables, deadlines, fees, payment, revisions and usage rights. A paid contract requires the parties’ express agreement. Automated receipt emails and appointment approvals alone do not order a paid service.
The contract language is Hungarian or, by agreement, English. There is no automatic online contract archive or account-based contract repository; the parties retain their individual agreement and email documents. You may correct form entries before submission and report errors afterwards to info@domonkospapp.hu. These terms can be saved using your browser’s print-to-PDF function.
4. Appointment requests
You may request up to six slots together. The system excludes occupied periods in my primary Google Calendar and checks availability again on approval. I personally decide each request; no event or invitation is created before approval.
Availability is weekdays 07:00–13:00 in Europe/Budapest time. Each slot occupies 60 minutes; the conversation normally lasts 45–60 minutes. Google Meet is available for non-practical topics, or we can meet at Victory Fitness Hűvösvölgy, Budapest. The precise venue and any admission arrangements are clarified in advance. Requests remain pending for at most 48 hours, or until four hours before the appointment, whichever comes first.
5. Changes, cancellation and delivery
Contact info@domonkospapp.hu promptly to change or cancel a slot. Cancelling a free quotation consultation incurs no charge. Cancellation and rescheduling terms for paid work are agreed before the fee is accepted; this website does not impose automatic charges or penalties. If I cannot attend, we agree another time or arrange reimbursement of the prepaid service that was not delivered.
Both parties provide required materials and feedback on time. Revision rounds and out-of-scope work are defined in the project agreement. Search rankings, inclusion in AI answers, audience reach and sales results cannot be guaranteed.
6. Consumer withdrawal and termination
For a distance or off-premises service contract, consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion to withdraw or, once performance begins, terminate under the applicable rules. Send a clear statement to the email or postal address above before the deadline; a particular form is not compulsory.
Performance may begin during these 14 days only at your express request. If you then terminate, a proportionate fee for services already performed may be payable where the statutory conditions are met. The right can end on full performance only if you expressly agreed to early performance and acknowledged that consequence in advance. Any different rules for immediate digital content delivery are explained separately before that contract; an appointment request is not such an acknowledgement.
Any reimbursement due is made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your statement, normally by the original payment method, taking account of a lawful proportionate performance charge. This statutory consumer right does not apply to customers acting for business purposes.
Optional withdrawal statement
To: Papp Domonkos, sole proprietor, 1044 Budapest, Nagyváradi utca 29., Hungary; info@domonkospapp.hu.
I notify you that I withdraw from/terminate the contract for [service]. Contract date: [date]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only for paper submissions].
7. Usage rights and defective performance
The agreement defines permitted use, delivery of editable source files and third-party licences. Clients must have the rights to supplied images, logos and text. Portfolio material may not be reused as your own without permission. For AI-assisted work, the relevant tool and task determine applicable rights and limitations.
Statutory remedies for defective performance remain available under the Hungarian Civil Code and applicable consumer and digital-service rules. Report defects promptly. Consumer notification within two months of discovering a defect is considered timely; consumer warranty claims for defective performance generally have a two-year limitation period. These terms do not exclude or reduce mandatory remedies, compensation or other consumer rights.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints can be made by email, phone or post. Oral complaints are addressed immediately where possible and documented when unresolved or disputed. Written consumer complaints receive a reasoned, verifiable response within 30 days. Complaints and substantive replies are retained for three years.
If direct resolution fails, consumers may use the free conciliation board procedure, normally before the board for their residence. The business must cooperate in the procedure. The board for the provider’s registered office is the Budapest Conciliation Board: 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99. I. em. 111.; postal address 1253 Budapest, Pf. 10.; +36 1 488 2131; bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu; contact details. Regional boards are listed at bekeltetes.hu. Consumer protection breaches may also be reported to the competent government office, and civil claims brought before a court.
9. Privacy, updates and applicable law
See the privacy notice and cookie notice. A new version of these terms does not itself amend an existing contract. Hungarian law applies without depriving consumers abroad of applicable mandatory protection. Relevant legislation includes the Hungarian Civil Code, electronic commerce and consumer protection acts, Government Decree 45/2014 and, within its scope, Government Decree 373/2021. The English version communicates the same terms; mandatory rights are unaffected by translation.
